GreenBioTech (BD) Corporation, is a business entity registered with Dhaka South City Corporation (Tax Region-1). It has Permanent employees -30, Temporary employee-42; also has 45 sales persons, 65 service persons all over the country covering most of the district in Bangladesh. It obtained an average of 100 Million USD as turnover.

The organization provides technical services and advisory support in the field of fish and crop farming as well as imports, supplies and markets the materials required for them. It is providing technical assistance to about 1,50,000 fish farmers, 125 nurseries and 100 hatcheries in 24 districts of the country. At the same time, they are being provided quality farming equipment.
The organization has experience in organizing various trainings related to science-based aquaculture and agriculture practices. In collaboration with Solidaridad Network Asia, it has provided training on cost-benefit analysis of aqua farms to 675 lead farmers. With the help of these lead farmers, the organization has trained about 25,000 fish farmers on a cluster basis on safe fish farming and marketing, Business plans, record keeping farm record book management, etc.

GreenBioTech wants to bring backwards and forward linkage actors in the aquaculture and agriculture sectors together in a platform using digital tools. Backward linkage actors and components will be covered by Agricultural Laborers, Hatcheries, Nursery, Fertilizer and pesticides traders, Fingerlings Trader, Feed traders, Financier, Technician, LSP/Lead Farmers, Harvesters, Transporters, Processor, Storage etc., Forward linkage actors will be covered by Wholesalers, marketers, Dealers, Purchasers, large institutional buyers, Consumers etc.
